Queen Anne

"Queen Anne" is a potato variety bred by German agronomists. It belongs to the "Elite" category. In Russia, it has been grown since 2015 by large agricultural enterprises in the central regions, in the Caucasus and Siberia. Potato is undemanding to soil, ripen in three months, stored until February. One bush gives from 6 to 16 large marketable tubers.

The tubers are suitable for frying and boiling. Boiled "Queen Anna" potato is an excellent ingredient for soups, salads, vegetable mixes. Puree is made much less often.

During heat treatment, tubers retain their dense structure and deep yellow color.
