This Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about the User.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Site" is a set of texts, graphic elements, design, images, program code, photo and video materials and other results of intellectual activity contained in the Internet under the domain name zhniva52.ru
1.1.2 "Operator" shall mean a legal entity or an individual who owns the Site.
1.1.3 "Site Administration" means the employees authorized by the Operator to manage the "Site", who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing of personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.4. "Personal data" - any information relating to directly or indirectly identified or defined by an individual (personal data subject).
1.1.5. "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating and change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.
1.1.6. "Confidentiality of personal data" - a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person granted access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.
1.1.7. "Site User (hereinafter "User")" means a person accessing the Site via the Internet and using the "Site".
1.1.8. "Cookies" - is a small piece of data, sent by a web-server and stored on a user's computer, which a web-client or a web-browser sends to a web-server each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding "Site" in an HTTP-request.
1.1.9. "IP Address" is the unique network address of a node in an IP-based computer network.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 Use of the Site by the User means consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of User's personal data processing.
2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the "Site".
2.3 This Privacy Policy applies only to the specific "Site". The Administration has no control over and is not responsible for the websites of third parties, to which the User can go via the links available on the "Site".
2.4 The Administration of the site does not check the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the site.
3. SUBJECT MATTER OF PRIVACY POLICY
3.1 The present Privacy Policy states the obligations of the Site Administration not to disclose and ensure the protection of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Site Administration upon registration on the "Site" or when placing an order for the purchase of goods, or when sending from the "Site" an e-mail using the forms provided for this purpose.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING
5.1 Processing of personal data of the User shall be performed without limitation of time, by any legal means, including information systems of personal data with or without the use of automation tools.
5.2 The User agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purposes of the User's order, executed on the "Site", including the delivery of goods.
5.3 Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5 The Site Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information of the User from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
5.6 The Site Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal information.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1 The User shall:
6.1.1 Provide information about personal data that is necessary to use the "Site".
6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information on personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2 The Site Administration shall:
6.2.1 Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, and not disclose it without prior written consent of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other ways the personal data of the User, except for paras 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data of the User, according to the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4 To block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User or its legal representative, or authorized body for protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection, in case of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.
7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1 The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for the losses, which the User has incurred in connection with the unauthorized use of the personal data according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases, provided by the items 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of the present Privacy Policy.
7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible, if this confidential information
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration.
7.2.3. has been disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Before going to court to settle disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Administration, it is obligatory to file a claim (written offer to voluntarily settle the dispute).
8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of its consideration.
8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be transferred for consideration in a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 8.4.
8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9.1 The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its placement on the "Site", unless otherwise provided by the new Privacy Policy version.
9.3 Any suggestions or questions about this Privacy Policy should be reported by phone or email, indicated on the "Site".
9.4 The current Privacy Policy is posted on the "Site".
