This is one of the newest varieties developed by Dutch plant-breeders. This variety is highly appreciated by vegetable growers and restaurateurs in many countries. The potato is patented by the concern "HZPC Holland BV" (Netherlands). It was obtained by crossing the varieties "Carrera" and "Agata".

Description of the variety

This is a hybrid table variety. It is quite undemanding variety. It can be grown on plantations for wholesale sales and in summer cottages. The plant has a high yield, and the tubers have a pleasant taste.

Marketable condition

Large tubers.
The surface is smooth.
The shape is oval (sometimes closer to round).
Peel tone is smooth yellow.
Small sprouts on a small depth.

The yellow color of the pulp does not change during boiling.

The product is healthy and suitable for daily nutrition. This is due to the low starch content and the large amount of carotene. The peel is easily removed. Due to the shallow setting of the sprouts, a small amount of useful pulp is removed during peeling. The product is grown in specially prepared areas. Only environmentally friendly fertilizers are used.
